Head :

ল্যাকেসিসের মাথার অবস্থা

• Pain through head on awaking. 
• ঘুম থেকে জাগার পর মাথার ভিতর দিয়ে বেদনা। 
• Pain at root of nose. নাকের গোরায় বেদনা।
• Pressure and burning on vertex. মাথার তালুতে চাপবোধ ও জ্বালা।
• Waves of pain; worse after moving. Sun headaches. ঢেউ খেলানো বেদনা; নড়াচড়ায় এই বেদনার বৃদ্ধি ।
• With headache, flickerings, dim vision, very pale face. মাথা ব্যাথার সাথে কম্পিত শিখাসমূহ দেখে; ঝাপসা দৃষ্টি; মুখমন্ডল অত্যন্ত ফ্যাকাশে।
• Vertigo. Relieved by onset of a discharge (menses or nasal catarrh).
• মাথা ঘোরা কোন প্রকার স্রাব (মাসিক রিতুস্রাব বা নাকের সর্দিস্রাব) বের হওয়ার সাথে সাথে কমতে থাকে।

Eyes :

ল্যাকেসিসের চোখের অবস্থা

• Defective vision after diphtheria, extrinsic muscles too weak to maintain focus.Sensation as if eyes were drawn together by cords which were tied in a knot at root of nose.
• ডিপথেরিয়ার পরে ত্রুটিপূর্ণ দৃষ্টি, বাহ্যিক পেশীগুলি ফোকাস বজায় রাখতে খুব দুর্বল। নাকের গোড়ায় সংবেদন যেন একটি গিঁটে বাঁধা দড়ি দ্বারা চোখ একসাথে টানা হয়।

Ears : 

ল্যাকেসিসের কানের অবস্থা

• Tearing pain from zygoma into ear; also with sore throat.Ear-wax hard,dry.
• কানের খোল শক্ত ও শুকনো।

Nose :

ল্যাকেসিসের নাকের অবস্থা

• Bleeding, nostrils sensitive.
• নাক দিয়ে রক্ত পড়ে; নাসারন্দ্র অনুভূতিপ্রবণ ।
• Coryza, preceded (পূর্ববর্তী) by headache.
• সর্দির পূর্বে মাথা ব্যথা ।
• Hay asthma; paroxysms of sneezing. [Silica.; Sabad.]
• ঔষধি গন্ধযুক্ত হাঁপানি; থেকে থেকে হাঁচির প্রকোপ ।

Face: 

ল্যাকেসিসের মুখমন্ডলের অবস্থা

• Pale. Trifacial [trigeminal] neuralgia, left side, heat running up into head. [Phos. ]
• ফ্যাকাশে, হঠাৎ করেই মুখমন্ডলের মারাত্মক ব্যথা; বাম দিকে, উত্তাপ মাথার দিকে ছুটে যায়।
• Tearing pain in jaw-bones. [Amphisbaena; Phos.]
•  চোয়ালের অস্থিতে ছিঁড়ে ফেলার মত বেদনা।
• Purple, mottled, puffed; looks swollen, bloated, | jaundiced, chlorotic.
• বেগুণী বর্ণ, নানা বর্ণের ছাপযুক্ত, ফোলাভাব; দেখতে থমথমে ভাব, জন্ডিসগ্রস্ত, রক্তহীন।

Mouth:

ল্যাকেসিসের মুখের অবস্থা

• Gums swollen, spongy, bleed. দাতের মাড়ী ফোলা, তুলতুলে, রক্ত  পড়ে।
• Tongue swollen, burns, trembles, red, dry and cracked at tip, catches on teeth.
• জিহ্বা স্ফীত, জ্বালা করে, কাঁপে, লাল, শুকনো এবং অগ্রভাগ ফাটা, দাতের সঙ্গে জড়িয়ে যায় (জিহ্বা বের করে দাতের বাইরে আনতে পারে না, আটকে যায়)।
• Aphthous and denuded spots with burning and rawness.
•  জিহ্বায় ঘা এবং স্থানে স্থানে ছাল উঠা। এর সাথে জ্বালা এবং দগদগে অনুভূতি।
• Nauseous taste.বমি উদ্রেককর স্বাদ।
• Teeth ache, pain extends to ears. Pain in facial bones. 
• দাত ব্যথা, ব্যথা কান পর্যন্ত যায়। মুখমন্ডলের হাড়গুলোতে ব্যথা।

Throat : 

ল্যাকেসিসের গলার অবস্থা

1. Sore, worse left side, swallowing liquids. 
2. ক্ষতকর, বাম পাশে বেশী, তরল জাতীয় খাবার দাবার গিলতে কষ্ট বেশী অনুভূত হয়।
3. Quinsy. Septic parotiditis.
4. টনসিলের উপরে গলার ক্ষত (কন্ঠনালীর প্রদাহ)। পচনশীল কর্ণগ্রন্থির প্রদাহ।
5. Dry, intensely swollen, externally and internally. 
6. শুকনো, ভিতরে ও বাইরে মারাত্মক ফোলা।
7. Diphtheria; membrane dusky, blackish; pain aggravated by hot drinks.
8. ডিপথেরিয়া, ঝিল্লী সামান্য কালো বর্ণের, কালচে, ব্যথা গরম পানীয়ে বৃদ্ধি।
9. chronic sore throat, with much hawking; mucus sticks, and cannot be forced up or down.
10. গলার ক্রনিক ক্ষত, এর সাথে বার বার গলা খাঁকড়াতে হয়; মিউকাস চটচটে এবং তা জোর করেও উপরে বা নীচে আনা যায় না।
11. Very painful; worse slightest pressure, touch is even more annoying.
12. অত্যন্ত ব্যথা; সামান্য চাপেই বৃদ্ধি, সামান্য ছোঁয়া লাগলে আরও বেশী বিরক্তিকর।
13. In diphtheria, etc., the trouble began on the left side. 
14. ডিপথেরিয়া ইত্যাদিতে লক্ষণাবলী বাম দিকেই শুরু হয়।
15. Tonsils purplish. Purple, livid color of throat. 
16. টনসিলগুলো বেগুনী বর্ণের। গলা বেগুণী পাংশু বর্ণের।
17. Feeling as if something was swollen which must be swallowed;
18. অনুভূত হয় যেন কোন কিছু গলাধঃকরণ করা হয়েছে যা অবশ্যই পরিপূর্ণভাবে গিলে ফেলতে হবে।

21. Pain into ear. Collar and neck-band must be very loose.
22. কানের মধ্যে ব্যথা। কলার ও গলবন্ধনী অত্যন্ত শিথিল করে বাঁধতে হবে। 

Stomach :

ল্যাকেসিসের পাকস্থলীর অবস্থা

• Craving for alcohol, oysters.Any food causes distress.
• Pit of stomach painful to touch. Hungry, cannot wait for food.
• Gnawing pressure made better by eating, but returning in a few hours.
• Perceptible trembling movement in the epigastric region. 
• অ্যালকোহল, ঝিনুকের জন্য তৃষ্ণা। যেকোনো খাবারই কষ্টের কারণ হয়।
• ছোঁয়ায় পেটের গর্ত। ক্ষুধার্ত, খাবারের জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে পারে না।
• খাওয়ার মাধ্যমে চেপে যাওয়া চাপ ভালো হয়ে যায়, কিন্তু কয়েক ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ফিরে আসে।
• এপিগ্যাস্ট্রিক অঞ্চলে উপলব্ধিযোগ্য ঠরৃ্ঠর, কাম্পন।
• Empty swallowing more painful than swallowing solids. 
• শক্ত জাতীয় কোন খাবার গেলার চেয়ে খালি গলায় ঢোক গেলায়ই বেশী কষ্ট।

Abdomen: 

ল্যাকেসিসের পেটের অবস্থা

• Liver region sensitive, cannot bear anything around waist.
• যকৃত্থান অনুভূতিপ্রবণ, উদরের চারপাশে কোন কিছুই সহ্য করতে পারেনা।
• Especially suitable to drunkards.Abdomen tympanitic, sensitive, painful. 
• উদর ফাঁপা, অনুভূতিপ্রবণ, ব্যথা।

Stool : 

ল্যাকেসিসের মলের অবস্থা

• Constipated, offensive stool. Anus feels tight, as if nothing could go through it.Pain darting. ((সহসা তীব্র বেগে সম্মুখ ধাবন) up the rectum every time he sneezes or coughs.
• কাঁশি অথবা হাঁচি দিলে প্রত্যেকবার বেদনা সরলাস্ত্র দিয়ে তীর বেগে উপরের দিকে ধাবিত হয়।
• Haemorrhage from bowels like charred straw[পোড়া খড়েড় মত] black particles [কালো কালো বস্তু]
• Haemorrhoids protrude, become constricted, purplish. 
• অর্শ বাইরে বের হয়ে আসে, সংকুচিত, নীলাভ I
• Stitches in them on sneezing or coughing. 
• হাঁচি কাশি দিলে তাতে সূচবিদ্ধবৎ ব্যথা।
• Constant urging in rectum, not for stool. 
• সরলান্ত্রে বেগ সর্বদা লেগেই থাকে, অথচ মলের জন্য নয়।

• Intense excitement of sexual organs.
• যৌনাঙ্গেও তীব্র উত্তেজনা।

Respiratory : 

শ্বাসকষ্টে ল্যাকেসিস

• Upper part of windpipe very susceptible to touch.Sensation of suffocation and strangulation on lying down, particularly when anything is around throat; 
• শয়নকালে শ্বাসরোধ ও গলা টিপে ধরে শ্বাসরোধ করার মত অবস্থা, বিশেষ করে গলার চারপাশে কিছু থাকলে।
• compels patient to spring from bed and rush for open window.
• এই অবস্থা রোগীকে বিছানা থেকে লাফিয়ে উঠতে ও খোলা জানালার দিকে ছুটে যেতে বাধ্য করে।
• Spasm of glottis; feels as if something ran from neck to larynx.
• শ্বাসনালীর দ্বারে আক্ষেপ; অনুভূত হয় যে, ঘাড় থেকে কণ্ঠনালী পর্যন্ত কিছু একটা যেন দৌড়ে গেল।
• Feels he must take a deep breath.
• তাকে অবশ্যই একটা গভীর শ্বাস নিতে হবে এই জাতীয় অনুভূতি। 
• Cramp-like distress in praecordial region. Cough; dry, suffocative fits, tickling.Little secretion and much sensitiveness; worse, pressure on larynx, after sleep, open air.
• প্রাইকোর্ডিয়াল অঞ্চলে ক্র্যাম্পের মতো যন্ত্রণা। কাশি; শুষ্ক, শ্বাসরোধকারী ফিট, সুড়সুড়ি। সামান্য নিঃসরণ এবং অনেক সংবেদনশীলতা; 
• বৃদ্ধি, স্বরযন্ত্রের উপর চাপ, ঘুমের পরে, খোলা বাতাস।
• Breathing almost stops on falling asleep. [Grind.]
• ঘুমিয়ে পড়লে শ্বাস প্রশ্বাস প্রায় বন্ধই হয়ে হয়ে আসে ৷
• Larynx painful to touch.
• কন্ঠনালী স্পর্শ করলে বেদনা।
• Sensation as of a plug [Anac.] which moves up and | down, with a short cough.
• গলার মধ্যে যেন একটি ছিপি আটকে আছে যা অল্পকাল স্থাীয় কাশির সাথে উপরে নীচে উঠা নামা করে এই জাতীয় অনুভূতি।

Heart : 

হার্টের জন্য উপকারী ল্যাকেসিস

1. Palpitation, with fainting spells, especially during climacteric.
2. হৃৎকম্প, এর সাথে রজোনিবৃত্তিকালে মাঝে মাঝে মূৰ্চ্ছা।
3. Constricted feeling causing palpitation, with anxiety. 
4. সঙ্কোচনের অনুভূতি যার ফলে উদ্বেগ সাথে হৃৎকম্প।
5. Irregular beats.হৃৎস্পন্দন অনিয়মিত।

Back: পীঠ

• Neuralgia of coccyx, worse rising from sitting posture; must sit perfectly still.
• কক্সিক্সের স্নায়ুশূল, বসা অবস্থা থেকে দাঁড়ালে বৃদ্ধি; বাধ্য হয়ে স্থিরভাবে বসে থাকতে হয়।
• Pain in neck, worse cervical region.
• ঘাড়ে ব্যথা গ্রীবাদেশে বেশী।
• Sensation of threads stretched from back to arms, legs, eyes, etc.
• পীঠ থেকে বাহু, পা, চোখ প্রভৃতি স্থান পর্যন্ত সূতা দিয়ে টেনে থাকার মত অনুভূতি।

Extremities : অঙ্গপ্রত্যঙ্গ

• Sciatica, right side, better lying down. 
• ডান দিকের সায়েটিকা শুয়ে থাকলে উপশম।
• Pain in tibia (may follow sore throat). 
• পায়ের দীর্ঘাস্থিতে বেদনা (যা গলক্ষতের পরে দেখা দিতে পারে)
•  Shortening of tendons.
• পেশী বন্ধনীগুলোর খর্বাকৃতি।

 Sleep :

ঘুমের ঔষধ ল্যাকেসিস

•  Patient sleeps into an aggravation. 
• রোগীর নিদ্রিতাবস্থায় তার রোগের বৃদ্ধি ঘটে।
• Sudden starting when falling asleep. ঘুমের মধ্যে হঠাৎই চমকে উঠে।
• Sleepiness, yet cannot sleep. [Bell.; Op.] নিদ্রালুতা কিন্তু তা সত্ত্বেও ঘুমাতে পারে না। 
• Wide-awake in evening.
• সন্ধ্যার দিকে সম্পূর্ণ জেগে থাকে।

Fever : জ্বর

• Chilly in back; feet icy cold; hot flushes and hot perspiration.
• পিঠের দিকে শীতভাব; পা বরফের মত ঠান্ডা; উত্তাপের ঝলকা এবং গরম ঘর্ম।
• Paroxysm returns after acids.
• টক জাতীয় খাবার খেলে জ্বরের কষ্টকর অবস্থা ফিরে আসে। 
• Intermittent fever every spring.
• প্রতি বসন্তে সবিরাম জ্বর।

Skin : চর্ম

• Hot perspiration, bluish, purplish appearance. 
• গরম ধর্ম, নীলাভ, রক্তাভ / বেগুনী বর্ণ।
• Boils,carbuncles,surroundings.Dark blisters.
• কালো কালো ফোস্কা ।
• Ulcers, with bluish, purple Bed-sores, with black edges.
• শয্যাঙ্কত তার সাথে ক্ষতের কিনারা কালো বর্ণের।
• Blue-black swellings.
• নীলচে /নীলাভ কালো স্ফীতিসমূহ।
• Pyaemia; dissecting wounds.
• বিষাক্ত পূঁজযুক্ত ফোঁড়া, অস্ত্রোপচার কালে চর্মের মধ্যে কাটার ফলে উৎপন্ন ক্ষত।
• Purpura, with intense prostration.
• পাপিউরা, তার সাথে প্রচন্ড অবসন্নতা।
• Senile erysipelas.বয়স্কদের / বাধক্যদের হারাসপেলাস। Wens.
• গোলাকার টিউমার যাতে প্রদাহ বা বর্ণ বিকৃতি নেই।Cellulitis.তন্তুসমূহের প্রদাহ।
• Varicose ulcers.শিরার স্ফীতবস্থার উপর ক্ষত।

Modalities: 

• Worse, after sleep, (Kali bich.) Lachesis sleeps into aggravation;
• ailments that come on during sleep. [Calc.]; left side, in the spring, warm bath, pressure or constriction, hot drinks. Closing eyes.

Better: 

• appearance of discharges, warm applications. 32. Relationship: – Antidotes: Ars.; Merc.; Heat; Alcohol; Salt.

 Complementary: 

Crotalus cascavella often completes curative work of Lachesis. [Mure.]; Lycop.; Hep.; Salamandra.
